Hello! I'm Chester, and I started Syber Seniors because I saw how frustrating technology can be for older adults who just want to stay connected with their loved ones.
After helping my own parents and family friends navigate their smartphones and tablets, I realized there was a real need for patient, judgment-free tech support. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 16 years as a software engineer, plus over 10 years teaching robotics to young people, I bring both technical expertise and teaching experience to every session.
